Pump Impellers

An impeller or impellor is a rotor used to increase the pressure and flow of a fluid. It is the opposite of a turbine, which extract energy from, and reduces the pressure, of a flowing fluid.
An impeller is a rotating component of a centrifugal pump which transfers energy from the motor that drives the pump to the fluid being pumped by accelerating the fluid outwards from the center of rotation.
The velocity achieved by the impeller transfers into pressure when the outward movement of the fluid is confined by the pump casing.
An impeller is usually a short cylinder with an open inlet (called an eye) to accept incoming fluid, vanes to push the fluid radially, and a splined, keyed, or threaded bore to accept a drive shaft.
We are suppliers of all type (Open impellers, Semi-closed impellers and Closed or Shrouded impellers ) of Impellers of Centrifugal Pumps and we are stockist of suitable pump spares.

Impeller M.O.C-C.I., C.S., SS 304, SS316 , S.S 410 , BRONZE(G.M.), Ph. RONZE, Alloy etc.

Types of Impellers in Centrifugal Pumps

Impeller design is the most significant factor for determining performance of a centrifugal pump. A properly designed impeller optimizes flow while minimizing turbulence and maximizing efficiency

Manufactured from best quality raw materials ,the Pump Shafts are available in different grades and sizes as per the needs of our honored customers .
